The area offers numerous cycling routes, both on paved roads and dirt tracks, suitable for all skill levels — from scenic rides for beginners to challenging climbs for experienced cyclists.

Around the property, you’ll find a wide variety of cycling routes, both paved and unpaved, and plenty of trails to explore regardless of your skill level — from easy paths for beginners to adrenaline-filled routes for the more experienced.

Among the most iconic stages is the Colle delle Finestre, a key climb in both the Giro d’Italia and the Tour de France.

Based on your preferences and experience level, we’ll be happy to recommend the most suitable route for you. In the meantime, here are some great itineraries starting right from our agriturismo Al Prà di Muriet.

Colle delle Finestre Pass, a route of about 20 km with an elevation gain of 1,650 meters and an average gradient of 9%. The final 8 km follow the historic gravel section of the Giro d’Italia. The last switchbacks offer a breathtaking view — worth the entire ride on their own.
Lake Mont Cenis, a loop of about 45 km with an elevation gain of 800 meters, linking Italy and France, and allowing you to admire stunning turquoise alpine lakes and Napoleonic fortifications.
Via Franchigena, starting directly from Mont Cenis and connecting to the town of Susa, this 34 km route includes an elevation change from +590 meters to -1,180 meters. It is an iconic section of the medieval route, well-marked and ideal for e-bike enthusiasts.
Rocciamelone, starting from Susa, you’ll find a very challenging route on rocky terrain — ideal for experienced cyclists and those familiar with single tracks and uneven surfaces. The trail is highly technical and offers truly fascinating landscapes.
Santa Chiara Trail, a medium to difficult route of about 30 km, reaching altitudes over 2,000 meters, where you can explore technical trails and challenging single tracks.
Novalesa Waterfalls Loop, an easy route passing through San Giuseppe, Berno, San Rocco, and Villaretto, with a stop at the picturesque waterfalls and a return via Giaglione.
Tiraculo - Valle Clarea (Venaus), a mixed paved and dirt route of moderate difficulty forming a loop with scenic views over Venaus and the mountain slopes — ideal for enthusiasts or to ride with an e-bike.
Cycle route along SS 24–25, if you love paved roads, this 40 km route is perfect for staying in shape while discovering our valley.
Susa – San Giorio Castle – Villar Dora – Susa, a route of about 70 km with an elevation gain of over 450 meters, ideal for intermediate-level cyclists. The itinerary connects ancient castles and villages, perfect for an outing without extreme climbs.

At Al Prà di Muret, you’ll find a rustic, family-run place where you can feel right at home. We offer a total of 8 rooms: 6 located in the main building and 2 in separate annexes overlooking the front garden.

Ideal location for walks and bike rides.
Good breakfast and excellent dinner.
During the summer season, guests can enjoy the relaxing pool area.

We didn’t have dinner at the agriturismo, but judging by the excellent sweet and savory breakfast prepared with local products, it would definitely have been worth it.

The pool was very nice, although we couldn’t enjoy it much because of the weather.
